Easy Beef Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 Redskin potatoes, chopped
  • 3 Celery
  • 3 Carrots
  • ½ Cup Frozen Corn
  • ½ Cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 TSP Minced Garlic
  • 2 LBS Stew Beef
  • Beef Stock
  • 3 TBSP Corn Starch
  • 2 Ready made pie crust
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 TBSP Water
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
Beef Spices
  • 1¼ tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine Beef with Beef Spices
  3. Cook Beef on Medium-high heat 15 minutes
  4. Add 4 - 5 TBSP Stock
  5. Cook 5 minutes
  6. Add 3 TBSP Corn Starch
  7. Cook 5 minutes
  8. Add 3 -4 TBSP Stock
  9. Cook 5 minutes
  10. Add Potatoes, Celery, Carrots, Peas, Corn, and Garlic
  11. Cook 15 minutes
  12. Place bottom crust into buttered pie pan
  13. Put all the pie filling into pie pan
  14. Top pie with top crust
  15. Combine egg white and water to make an egg wash
  16. Brush pie crust with egg wash
  17. Cut vent holes into top crust
  18. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
  19. Cool 5 Minutes
  20. Serve!
