Slow Cooker Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds red skin potatoes, quartered
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Butter, to taste
Instructions
  1. Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Add potatoes.
  3. Cover and cook 3-4 hours on high or 6 - 8 hours on low.
  4. Add sour cream, milk, garlic to potatoes.
  5. Mash with masher or electric blender. Serve hot.
