Overnight French Toast Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 TBSP Vanilla
  • 1½ Cups Milk
  • 1 Loaf of Texas Toast, crusts cut off
  • 1 Cup & 2 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • 1 TBSP Cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Stick of Butter, Melted
Instructions
  1. Mix 1 Cup Brown Sugar and Butter in bowl to combine
  2. Spread sugar & butter mixture on bottom of casserole dish
  3. In a separate bowl whip eggs
  4. Add Vanilla and Milk
  5. Whisk to combine
  6. Layer Texas Toast over Brown Sugar & Butter Mixture in Casserole Dish
  7. Pour half the Custard over first layer of Texas Toast
  8. Sprinkle on Cinnamon
  9. Sprinkle Powdered Sugar
  10. Add a second layer of Texas Toast
  11. Pour remaining Custard over the new layer
  12. Sprinkle with Cinnamon
  13. Sprinkle with Brown Sugar
  14. Cover with Tin Foil and refrigerate over night
  15. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  16. Bake for 50 minutes
  17. Cut into slices and serve
