Ingredients
  • 1 LB Green Beans
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers
  • 2 Red Onions
  • ½ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Kosher Salt
  • 1 TBSP Black Pepper
  • 1 TBSP Garlic Salt
Instructions
  1. Light grill fire using apple wood chips
  2. Combine all ingredients in bowl and coat vegetables with oil and seasonings
  3. Put vegetables into roaster or over grill in grill basket
  4. Roast until charred
