Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage Recipe

Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
  • 1 Yellow Onion, Chopped
  • 8 - 10 Redskin Potatoes Quartered
  • 2 Cans Irish Stout Guinness (Could Substitute Water)
  • 1 Green Cabbage, Chopped
Instructions
  1. Add Onion, potatoes and corned beef to slow cooker
  2. Cover with 2 Cans Guinness and extra water if needed
  3. Sprinkle spice pack spices
  4. Cover & cook on High 8 hours
  5. Add Cabbage, cook 1 more hour
  6. Serve with a side of buttered soda bread
