Grilled Red Potatoes Recipe
- 8 Red Skin Potatoes, Thick Sliced
- ¼ Cup EVOO
- 1 TSP Dried Rosemary
- 1 TSP Minced Garlic
- Pinch of Kosher Salt
- Combine EVOO, rosemary & garlic
- Pour over potatoes
- Add salt and mix in bowl by hand
- Grill for 6-7 minutes per side over direct heat
- Remove from grill and serve as a side dish
