Grilled Red Potatoes Recipe

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
  • 8 Red Skin Potatoes, Thick Sliced
  • ¼ Cup EVOO
  • 1 TSP Dried Rosemary
  • 1 TSP Minced Garlic
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt
Instructions
  1. Combine EVOO, rosemary & garlic
  2. Pour over potatoes
  3. Add salt and mix in bowl by hand
  4. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side over direct heat
  5. Remove from grill and serve as a side dish
