Breakfast Casserole with Hash Browns, Eggs and Sausage

Ingredients
  • 10 Eggs
  • 20 Sausage Links
  • 1 LB Frozen Shredded Hash Browns
  • 32 OZ Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 3 TBSP Butter
  • 2 Pinch Salt
  • 2 Pinch Pepper
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine Milk, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl
  3. In a skillet add 1 TBSP butter and sausage and cook on medium until browned
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Add another 1 TBSP butter to skillet
  6. Deglaze pan and add hash browns
  7. Add ½ TBSP Olive Oil and cook for five - 7 minutes
  8. Shred the sausage while the hash browns cook
  9. Season hash browns with salt and pepper
  10. Add ½ TBSP Olive Oil to dutch oven
  11. Add Hash browns
  12. Add the sausage
  13. Mix to combine
  14. Add ½ cheese
  15. Add egg mixture
  16. Mix
  17. Add remaining cheese
  18. Bake 30 minutes
  19. Serve
