S'mores Cookie Recipe: Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Cookies
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 TSP Baking Soda
- 1 TSP Table Salt
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 2 Sticks Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 2 Eggs
- 2¼ All Purpose Flour
- 1¾ Cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1 Box Honey Maid Graham Crackers
- 12 Hershey Chocolate Bars
- Wax Papper
- Preheat oven to 375
- Cover 2 Baking sheets with wax paper
- Combine Sugar, Brown Sugar, Baking Soda, Table Salt, Vanilla Extract and Unsalted Butter in mixer and mix until butter is creamed
- Add eggs 1 at a time to combine
- Add flour a little at a time and mix, repeat until all flour is combined
- Add Chocolate Chips and mix to combine
- Add marshmallows and mix to combine
- Spoon onto wax paper covered baking sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set
- Place ½ graham cracker on sheet and top with dough ball
- Bake 9 to 10 minutes
- Let cool for 2 minutes
- Move to cooling racks
- Top each cookie with ¼ Hershey chocolate bar
- Serve warm with a tall glass of milk and enjoy
