S'mores Cookie Recipe: Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 TSP Baking Soda
  • 1 TSP Table Salt
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Sticks Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2¼ All Purpose Flour
  • 1¾ Cups Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Box Honey Maid Graham Crackers
  • 12 Hershey Chocolate Bars
  • Wax Papper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Cover 2 Baking sheets with wax paper
  3. Combine Sugar, Brown Sugar, Baking Soda, Table Salt, Vanilla Extract and Unsalted Butter in mixer and mix until butter is creamed
  4. Add eggs 1 at a time to combine
  5. Add flour a little at a time and mix, repeat until all flour is combined
  6. Add Chocolate Chips and mix to combine
  7. Add marshmallows and mix to combine
  8. Spoon onto wax paper covered baking sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set
  9. Place ½ graham cracker on sheet and top with dough ball
  10. Bake 9 to 10 minutes
  11. Let cool for 2 minutes
  12. Move to cooling racks
  13. Top each cookie with ¼ Hershey chocolate bar
  14. Serve warm with a tall glass of milk and enjoy
