Ingredients
Marinade / Dry Rub:
  • 4 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 2 TBSP Black Pepper
  • 2 TBSP Thyme
  • 2 TBSP Rosemary Leaves
  • 2 TBSP Lemon Pepper
  • 2 TBSP Steak Seasoning
  • 3 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • ¼ TSP Red Pepper (or to taste)
4 LBS Flank Steak
Instructions
  1. Combine rub ingredients
  2. Rub both sides of steak with marinade 2 hours to overnight
  3. Cook over direct heat 4-5 minutes per side
  4. Serve with roasted / grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, or side of your choice
