Crockpot Chicken Teriyaki Meatballs

Serves: 10-12
Ingredients
Meatballs:
  • 8 OZ Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 TSP Black Pepper
  • 1 TSP Kosher Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 2 LBS Ground Chicken
Sauce:
  • ⅓ Cup Water
  • 20 OZ Can Pineapple Chunks
  • 10 OZ Teriyaki Sauce
  • 18 OZ Honey BBQ Sauce
Instructions
  1. Combine Sauce ingredients in slow cooker
  2. Combine meatball ingredients in bowl and mix into meatballs with your hands
  3. Brown meatballs in a skillet on Medium heat
  4. Put meatballs into slow cooker with sauce
  5. Cook on high for 2 hours
  6. Serve 2 -3 meatballs with white or brown rice and drizzle sauce over top
