Crockpot Sausage, Pasta and Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
  • 16 OZ Cooked Pasta Shells (cook according to box instructions)
  • 2 LBS Smoked Sausage
  • 4 Heads Broccoli, Chopped into Bite Size Pieces
  • 2 Pints Cherry Tomatoes, Cut into Halves
  • 14.5 OZ Diced Tomatoes
  • 3 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 6 Basil Leaves, Chopped
  • 8 OZ Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 OZ Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • 2 Cups Whole Milk
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker
  2. Cook on high for 1 - 1½ hours or on low for 2 - 2½ Hours
  3. At 45 Minutes add Milk
  4. Serve
