Crockpot Sausage, Pasta and Vegetable Casserole
Total time
- 16 OZ Cooked Pasta Shells (cook according to box instructions)
- 2 LBS Smoked Sausage
- 4 Heads Broccoli, Chopped into Bite Size Pieces
- 2 Pints Cherry Tomatoes, Cut into Halves
- 14.5 OZ Diced Tomatoes
- 3 TBSP Minced Garlic
- 6 Basil Leaves, Chopped
- 8 OZ Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 8 OZ Monterey Jack Cheese
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- Pinch Sea Salt
- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker
- Cook on high for 1 - 1½ hours or on low for 2 - 2½ Hours
- At 45 Minutes add Milk
- Serve
