Ambrosia Fruit Salad Recipe
- ½ Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 TBSP Granulated Sugar
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Miniature Marshmallows
- 10.5 OZ Mandarin Oranges, Drained
- 8 OZ Pineapple Chunks, Drained
- 11 OZ Maraschino Cherries, Drained
- Combine Cream and sugar in bowl and whip until it creams
- Add sour cream and whip until it combines
- Fold in marshmallows, oranges, pineapple and cherries. Optionally add nuts & / or coconut
- Chill, covered with saran wrap
- Serve in bowl
