Serves: 10-12
Ingredients
  • 1 LB Frozen Lima Beans
  • 2 LBS Frozen Corn
  • ½ White Onion, Chopped
  • 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 14.5 OZ Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 1½ LB Butternut Squash, Chopped
  • ½ TSP Paprika
  • ½ TSP Black Pepper
  • ½ TSP Crushed Thyme
  • ½ TSP Kosher Salt
Instructions
  1. Combine everything in slow cooker
  2. Cook for 4 - 6 Hours on low, or 2 - 3 Hours on High
  3. Serve
