Slow Cooker Succotash
Total time
- 1 LB Frozen Lima Beans
- 2 LBS Frozen Corn
- ½ White Onion, Chopped
- 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
- 14.5 OZ Diced Tomatoes
- ½ Cup Water
- 1½ LB Butternut Squash, Chopped
- ½ TSP Paprika
- ½ TSP Black Pepper
- ½ TSP Crushed Thyme
- ½ TSP Kosher Salt
- Combine everything in slow cooker
- Cook for 4 - 6 Hours on low, or 2 - 3 Hours on High
