One Pot Beef And Mushroom Pasta Recipe

Serves: 10 - 12
Ingredients
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Unsalted Butter
  • ½ Yellow Onion, Rough Chopped
  • 2.5 LBS Stew Beef, roughly sliced
  • 3 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 2 x 14.5 OZ Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 LB Mushrooms
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 LB Shell Pasta
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Mozzarella, Chopped
Marinade:
  • 6 - 8 TBSP each EVOO & Italian Herb Seasoning
  • 2 Pinches of Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Divide the marinade evenly into two bowls
  2. Marinade beef in marinade in one bowl for minimum 1 hour
  3. Marinade Mushrooms in marinade in another bowl for minimum 1 hour
  4. Sauté onion for 3 - 5 minutes over medium low in Dutch Oven
  5. Add Beef mix and cook 10 minutes or until brown
  6. Strain
  7. Add garlic
  8. Add a pinch of sea salt
  9. Mix
  10. Add tomatoes and mix
  11. Add mushrooms and mix
  12. Add 2 cups water
  13. Cover and cook 5 minutes
  14. Add 1 cup water and pasta
  15. Turn heat to high
  16. Cover and cook for 8 - 10 minutes
  17. Add cream, parmesan, and mozzarella mix, cover and cook for a couple minutes
  18. Serve in bowl with a pinch of parsley, salt and grated parmesan
