One Pot Beef And Mushroom Pasta Recipe
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP Unsalted Butter
- ½ Yellow Onion, Rough Chopped
- 2.5 LBS Stew Beef, roughly sliced
- 3 TBSP Minced Garlic
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 2 x 14.5 OZ Diced Tomatoes
- 1 LB Mushrooms
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 LB Shell Pasta
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan
- ¼ Cup Fresh Mozzarella, Chopped
- 6 - 8 TBSP each EVOO & Italian Herb Seasoning
- 2 Pinches of Sea Salt
- Divide the marinade evenly into two bowls
- Marinade beef in marinade in one bowl for minimum 1 hour
- Marinade Mushrooms in marinade in another bowl for minimum 1 hour
- Sauté onion for 3 - 5 minutes over medium low in Dutch Oven
- Add Beef mix and cook 10 minutes or until brown
- Strain
- Add garlic
- Add a pinch of sea salt
- Mix
- Add tomatoes and mix
- Add mushrooms and mix
- Add 2 cups water
- Cover and cook 5 minutes
- Add 1 cup water and pasta
- Turn heat to high
- Cover and cook for 8 - 10 minutes
- Add cream, parmesan, and mozzarella mix, cover and cook for a couple minutes
- Serve in bowl with a pinch of parsley, salt and grated parmesan
