BBQ Bacon Pineapple Chicken | Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 LBS Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Can Diced Pineapples, Drained
  • 6 Strips Cooked Bacon, Chopped
  • ½ Red Onion Thinly Sliced
BBQ Sauce:
  • 1½ Cups Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1½ Cups Ketchup
  • ¾ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • 2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 TBSP Dried Mustard
  • 2 TBSP Paprika
  • ½ TBSP Cinnamon
  • Dash Kosher Salt
  • Dash Black Pepper
  • 1 TBSP Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • ½ Red Onion, Diced
Instructions
  1. Combine all BBQ Sauce ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
  2. Trim Chicken of excess fat
  3. Pound breasts flat with mallet, rolling pin or can
  4. Place onions, bacon and chicken in gallon Ziploc bag or other deep container.
  5. Add BBQ Sauce
  6. Add Pineapple Chunks
  7. Marinade for 4 hours
  8. BBQ on grill for 10 minutes per side or until cooked through.
