Steak Salad Recipe

Serves: 5-6
Ingredients
  • 2 x 1¼ LB T-bone Steaks
Marinade
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • 2 TBSP Beef Stock
  • 2 TBSP Garlic, Minced
  • 2 TBSP Onion Powder
  • 2 TBSP Sea Salt
  • 2 TBSP Black Pepper
  • 2 TBSP Paprika
  • 2 TBSP Oregano
Salad Fixings:
  • Baby Spinach
  • Gala Apples, Diced
  • Strawberries, Diced
  • Grape Tomatoes, Sliced
  • Melba Toast, Crumbled
  • Grated Parmesan
Salad Dressing:
  • ¾ EVOO
  • ¼ Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ TBSP Minced Garlic
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine marinade ingredients in 1 Gallon Ziploc bag
  2. Add steaks
  3. Marinade Steak in Marinade for minimum 1 hour, maximum 24 hours
  4. Cook steak on Medium heat for 4½ - 5 Minutes per side
  5. Rest 5 Minutes, tented
  6. Serve over bed of Baby Spinach
  7. Top with Salad fixings of your choice
  8. Optionally drizzle dressing over salad and serve
