One Pan Beef and Cabbage With Skirt Steak

Serves: 5-6
Ingredients
  • 1 Head of Green Cabbage, Chopped
  • 2 LBS Skirt Steak, Thinly Sliced
  • 4 Cups Beef Stock
  • 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TBSP Onion Powder
  • 3 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • ¼ Yellow Onion, Chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 1 TSP Frank’s Redhot Sauce
  • Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat Skillet or Wok to Medium High
  2. Add ½ Cup stock and wait for it to boil
  3. Add Garlic powder, onion powder, garlic and onion and cook for a couple minutes
  4. Add half the beef and half the cabbage
  5. Cook 30 seconds
  6. Add remaining beef and cabbage
  7. Add more stock, about 2 cups total
  8. Add lemon juice, orange juice, Frank’s Redhot sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper
  9. Cover and cook 5 minutes
  10. Add stock as needed
  11. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes
  12. Serve
