One Pan Beef and Cabbage With Skirt Steak
- 1 Head of Green Cabbage, Chopped
- 2 LBS Skirt Steak, Thinly Sliced
- 4 Cups Beef Stock
- 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TBSP Onion Powder
- 3 TBSP Minced Garlic
- ¼ Yellow Onion, Chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 1 TSP Frank’s Redhot Sauce
- Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- Heat Skillet or Wok to Medium High
- Add ½ Cup stock and wait for it to boil
- Add Garlic powder, onion powder, garlic and onion and cook for a couple minutes
- Add half the beef and half the cabbage
- Cook 30 seconds
- Add remaining beef and cabbage
- Add more stock, about 2 cups total
- Add lemon juice, orange juice, Frank’s Redhot sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper
- Cover and cook 5 minutes
- Add stock as needed
- Cook uncovered for 10 minutes
