Instant Pot Shredded Beef Tacos Recipe
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
- 1 Cup Beef Stock
- 1 TSP Oregano
- 1 TSP Cumin
- 1 TSP Paprika
- 1 TBSP Sea Salt
- 1 TBSP Black Pepper
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 Jar Salsa
- 1 TSP Sea Salt
- 1 TSP Black Pepper
- Taco Seasoning
- Tomatoes
- Pico de Gallo
- Avocado
- Shredded Cheese
- Cilantro
- Lettuce, Shredded
- Sour Cream
- Combine marinade ingredients in ziplock bag.
- Dice roast into small chunks and trim excess fat
- Add beef to marinade bag and refrigerate for 1 - 24 hours
- Set Instant Pot to Sauté 15 Minutes
- Add oil
- Add onions and cook 2 - 3 minutes
- Add beef and garlic and brown, 10 Minutes
- Shred beef
- Add remaining ingredients and turn Instant Pot to Pressure Cook setting
- Cook on High for 40 minutes
- Do a quick release when timer is up
