Chicken Mac and Cheese Recipe

Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
  • 4 Breasts of Fried Chicken, cut into small chunks
  • 4 OZ Unsalted Butter
  • 1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 TSP Sea Salt
  • 1 TSP Mustard
  • 1 TSP Black Pepper
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • 4 Cups Milk
  • 8 OZ Mild Cheddar
  • 8 OZ Colby Jack Cheese
  • 2 LBS Cooked Macaroni Noodles per box instructions
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in large pot over medium low heat
  2. Add Worcestershire Sauce
  3. Once melted, add Sea Salt, Mustard, Black Pepper and Flour to make a roux
  4. Stir until it becomes a light peanut butter color
  5. Add Milk
  6. Stir to combine, 30 seconds
  7. Turn heat up to Medium high
  8. Bring to a boil
  9. Stir constantly for one minute
  10. Remove from heat and add cheese
  11. Mix until combined
  12. Add Macaroni noodles
  13. Add Chicken
  14. Stir to combine
