Grilled Pineapple Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Can of Pineapple Slices, Drained
  • ½ Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 TBSP Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl
  2. Coat both sides of both pineapple slices
  3. Grill over direct heat for 2 - 3 minutes per side
  4. Remove from heat and cut into cubes
  5. Serve in a bowl or as part of a salad
