Greek Chicken Marinade Recipe
- 2¼ LBS Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts
- 1 Cup Chicken Stock
- ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
- 4 TBSP Minced Garlic
- 1 TBSP Black Pepper
- 1 TBSP Sea Salt
- 1 TBSP Onion Powder
- 1 TBSP Thyme
- 1 TBSP Ground Fennel
- 2 TBSP Oregano
- Combine everything in a large ziplock bag or bowl and cover
- Marinade in fridge for 4 - 24 hours
- Cook chicken however you like, grilled, baked, etc.
