Greek Chicken Marinade Recipe

Serves: 5-6
Ingredients
  • 2¼ LBS Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Chicken Stock
  • ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
  • 4 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 1 TBSP Black Pepper
  • 1 TBSP Sea Salt
  • 1 TBSP Onion Powder
  • 1 TBSP Thyme
  • 1 TBSP Ground Fennel
  • 2 TBSP Oregano
Instructions
  1. Combine everything in a large ziplock bag or bowl and cover
  2. Marinade in fridge for 4 - 24 hours
  3. Cook chicken however you like, grilled, baked, etc.
