Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Roma Tomatoes, Chopped and seeded
  • 1 Cup White Onion, Chopped
  • 2 JalapeƱo, Seeded and Finely Chopped
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro, Rough Chop
  • 1 TBSP Lime Juice
  • 1 TSP Black Pepper
  • 1 TSP Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl
  2. Mix gently with spoon for about 30 seconds
  3. Serve immediately or store for up to 2 days in refrigerator.
