Pico De Gallo Salsa Recipe
- 1 Cup Roma Tomatoes, Chopped and seeded
- 1 Cup White Onion, Chopped
- 2 JalapeƱo, Seeded and Finely Chopped
- ¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro, Rough Chop
- 1 TBSP Lime Juice
- 1 TSP Black Pepper
- 1 TSP Sea Salt
- Combine all ingredients in bowl
- Mix gently with spoon for about 30 seconds
- Serve immediately or store for up to 2 days in refrigerator.
