Cheeseburger Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Beef:
  • 2 LBS Ground Beef
  • ½ TSP Ground Mustard
  • ½ TSP Sea Salt
  • ½ TSP Black Pepper
  • ½ TSP Onion Powder
  • ½ TSP Garlic Powder
  • ½ TSP Allspice
  • ½ TSP Ground Ginger
  • 2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 TBSP Beef Stock
Salad:
  • 2 Heads of Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
  • 12 Campari Tomatoes, Sliced
  • 1 Cup Red Onions, Sliced
  • 1 Cup Mini Kosher Dill Pickles
  • 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shaved (Optional)
Dressing:
  • 1 TBSP Mustard
  • 2 TBSP Lime Juice
  • 2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
  • 6 TBSP EVOO
  • 1 TSP Sea Salt
  • 1 TSP Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine dressing ingredients in bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Place all salad ingredients on serving platter
  3. Combine all beef ingredients in bowl and hand mix to combine.
  4. Heat skillet over medium heat and add beef mixture
  5. Cook until browned
  6. Pour browned ground beef onto salad platter
  7. Serve in bowls, add optional cheese if desired and drizzle with dressing.
