Place semisweet chips in microwave safe dish and add 2 TBSP Heavy Cream to start.
Microwave for 30 second intervals adding small amounts of cream to thin as needed. It should be smooth with no lumps. Usually takes 2 - 3 minutes tops and no more than ½ Cup cream.
In another microwave safe container do the same process as above to thin the white chocolate.
Drop miniature pretzels into either melted semisweet or white chocolate, shaking off excess chocolate and set on baking sheet.
Refrigerate sheets with chocolate covered pretzels for an hour or more until chocolate has set.
Refrigerate left over semisweet chocolate and white chocolate as well.
Once set, remove leftover chocolates and warm to liquid consistency, 1 - 2 minutes, in microwave.
Pour each melted chocolate into separate ziplock bags.
Remove chocolate covered pretzels from refrigerator.
Cut very small corner off of one bag and drizzle white chocolate streaks over semisweet chocolate covered pretzels.
Repeat the process for the white chocolate covered pretzels with the melted semisweet chocolate.
Refrigerate again for another hour or until set.
Discard leftover melted chocolates.
Serve cold and store in ziplock bags in refrigerator.
