Ingredients
  • Turkey Summer Sausage, Halved & Sliced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 Medium Red Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Yellow Squash, Quartered & Sliced
  • 1 X 15.25 OZ Can Corn
  • 1 x 15.5 OZ Can Black Beans
  • 1 x 15.5 OZ Can Kidney Beans
  • 2 X 14.5 OZ Canned, Diced Tomatoes with JalapeƱos
  • 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • ½ TSP White Pepper, Ground
  • ½ TSP Chipotle Chili Pepper
  • ½ TSP Red Cayenne Pepper, Ground
  • 1½ TSP Ground Cumin
  • ½ TSP Sea Salt
  • 48 OZ Vegetable Stock
  • ½ Cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
Instructions
  1. Combine everything in slow cooker. Cook on low for eight hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. Serve hot with optional cheese, crackers or cornbread
