White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
  • 2¼ Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 TSP Baking Soda
  • 1 TSP Salt
Other Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup (2 Sticks) Unsalted Butter
  • ¾ Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • ¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups (12 OZ) White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Cups (12 OZ) Dried Cranberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
  3. Beat butter, granulated sugar, dark brown sugar & vanilla extract in mixing bowl until creamed.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and beat until combined
  5. Slowly combine dry ingredients to mixing bowl and continue to mix
  6. Stir in white chocolate chips & cranberries
  7. Scoop TBSP scoops of batter onto ungreased baking sheets
  8. Bake 8 - 11 minutes
  9. Cool on sheets 2 minutes
  10. Move to cooling racks to finish cooling
