- 2 LBS Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 7 OZ Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil, Strained
- 2 Pints Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 3 TBSP Basil Pesto
- Pinch Kosher Salt
- Pinch Black Pepper
- Combine everything in slow cooker except cherry tomatoes and cook on low 4 hours
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook 30 minutes
- Serve as is or over pasta, in a salad or wrap
