Ingredients
  • 2 LBS Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 7 OZ Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil, Strained
  • 2 Pints Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 3 TBSP Basil Pesto
  • Pinch Kosher Salt
  • Pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine everything in slow cooker except cherry tomatoes and cook on low 4 hours
  2. Add cherry tomatoes and cook 30 minutes
  3. Serve as is or over pasta, in a salad or wrap
