The Best Homemade Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Serves: 12-14
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 TBSP Vanilla
  • 4 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Baking Powder
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk (any milk)
  • 8 TBSP Canola Oil
  • 1½ Cups Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Combine all dry ingredients except chocolate chips, whisk until combined.
  2. Add Vanilla, Milk, 4 TBSP Oil, whisk until smooth.
  3. Add chocolate chips and whisk to combine.
  4. Heat skillet on medium-low heat.
  5. Add 4 TBSP Oil and cover skillet so pancakes don't stick.
  6. Pour half a ladle per pancake.
  7. Cook 3 - 4 minutes or until pancake bubbles and bottom turns golden brown.
  8. Flip and cook for additional 30 - 45 seconds.
  9. Serve warm.
