Ingredients
  

  • 6 Russet Potatoes washed and dried, cut into wedges with skin on
  • 3 Pinches Spice Rub
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 4 TBSP Irish Butter
  • 1 Cup Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 2 TBSP Bacon Bits

Method
 

  1. Combine potatoes and oil in bowl
  2. Add spice rub
  3. Lay on 2 sheets of aluminum foil and place on grill
  4. Top with butter
  5. Cook 10 minutes or until potatoes have softened
  6. Top with Cheese
  7. Top with Bacon Bits
  8. Serve and enjoy!
