Ingredients
  

Marinade:
  • 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 2 TBSP Black Pepper
  • 2 TBSP Kosher Salt
  • 2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • 2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • 1 TBSP Fresh Chopped Oregano
  • 1 ½ Cups Apple Juice
1.75 - 2 LBS Boneless Chicken Breasts (skin on)

Method
 

  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a ziplock bag
  2. Add chicken and marinades for 2 hours to overnight
  3. Grill over direct heat 7 - 10 minutes per side or until cooked through
