Ingredients
  

Marinade:
  • 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 4 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • 1 TBSP Kosher Salt
  • 1 TBSP Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Liquid Smoke
2.5 LBS Petite Sirloin

Method
 

  1. Combine marinade ingredients in ziplock bag
  2. Add steak
  3. Marinade 24 hours
  4. Grill over direct heat 3 -5 minutes per side
  5. Move to indirect heat and grill to desired doneness
  6. Let rest 5 minutes before cutting
