This recipe is from one of my Blue Apron shipments. In this video I follow the Blue Apron instructions and make Zucchini and Mozzarella Pizza Panini with Tomato Sauce & Romaine-Cucumber Salad.
The sauce and cheese combined with the zucchini gave the paninis a great flavor. And miracle of all miracles, my entire family devoured the salad. It was crisp, fresh and the lemon juice was a nice addition. I don’t get paid for reviewing these meals, so when I rave over a meal, it’s the real deal! Cook time was about 30 minutes.
Final Opinion: This meal is a keeper and I will be making it again!
