A Moscow Mule cocktail is a nice cold drink to cool you off on a hot day, but is also quite the popular holiday drink. It’s really easy to make with only three ingredients: Ginger beer (or ginger ale if you prefer), vodka and juice from a fresh squeezed lemon. Throw in some ice and you’ve got yourself a really refreshing and tasty drink.
Copper mugs are usually what Moscow Mules are served in. But if you don’t have one at home, don’t fret! You can always just serve it in a regular glass. (No difference in taste). I however, think the copper mugs are pretty cool, so I just had to get them for this recipe.
Whether you drink it as a Summer cocktail or a Thanksgiving cocktail, this alcoholic drink recipe works anytime of the year!
