Ingredients
  

  • 16 OZ Philly Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 TSP Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 TSP Kosher Salt
  • 3 TBSP Sugar
  • 1 Ready made graham cracker crust
  • 10 Oreo Cookies
  • 5 - 6 Mint Milano Cookies
  • Black decorating frosting
  • Marshmallow pumpkin candies
  • Candy eyeballs

Method
 

  1. Combine in mixer at 4, cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, heavy cream, salt, and sugar
  2. Pour into crust and chill in refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours
  3. Pulse cookies into crumbs in blender
  4. Pour on top of cheesecake and spread to even out and serve as graveyard dirt.
  5. Decorate Milano cookies to look like tombstones using the decorating frosting
  6. Insert Milano cookies into cheesecake to look like tombstones
  7. Place eyeballs and pumpkin candies randomly onto cheesecake
  8. Slice and serve.
