The inspiration for this caramel apple slices recipe comes from my wife and daughter’s love of caramel apples and lollipops. I was drawn to it by my love of chocolate. Caramel, chocolate and fresh apples. What a perfectly delicious combination!
These chocolate covered apple slices are drizzled with caramel and topped with nuts and sprinkles. However, you could use any topping of your choice. These would be fun to make for a Halloween or Fall party, letting the guests personalize their own apple creations!
This recipe is a favorite because I was able to get my children to join me in the kitchen. They had a lot of fun making their own caramel apple variations! I can’t think of any kid (or adult) who won’t fall in love with these delicious caramel apples on a stick. It might just become your new favorite Fall recipe!
