These easy crockpot chicken teriyaki meatballs are a perfect dinner recipe. These teriyaki meatballs are made with ground chicken, breadcrumbs, seasonings and a homemade teriyaki sauce (pineapples mixed with barbecue sauce).
After cooking in the slow cooker for 2 hours, you get moist, tender and delicious meatballs!
Enjoy with rice or serve by themselves as a party appetizer. Either way, these slow cooker chicken meatballs will be the star of the show!

Crockpot Meatballs: How To Make Chicken Teriyaki Meatballs In A Slow Cooker
- 8 OZ Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 TSP Black Pepper
- 1 TSP Kosher Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
- 2 LBS Ground Chicken
- ⅓ Cup Water
- 20 OZ Can Pineapple Chunks
- 10 OZ Teriyaki Sauce
- 18 OZ Honey BBQ Sauce
- Combine Sauce ingredients in slow cooker
- Combine meatball ingredients in bowl and mix into meatballs with your hands
- Brown meatballs in a skillet on Medium heat
- Put meatballs into slow cooker with sauce
- Cook on high for 2 hours
- Serve 2 -3 meatballs with white or brown rice and drizzle sauce over top
