I’m a huge fan of tacos, taquitos, burritos…pretty much anything you can wrap in a tortilla or taco shell. These deep fried rolled chicken tacos are perfect for when you want something a little different from the standard taco!
Flour tortillas are loaded with boneless, skinless chicken breasts, onions, salsa and covered with Mexican cheese.
The tortillas are then deep fried for 2-3 minutes. You can serve these crispy tacos with salsa, pico de Gallo or sour cream.
An easy chicken dinner recipe!
