Summer season is here and it’s time to break out the grill! While you’re cooking up those ribs, burgers and hotdogs, you will definitely want to add this delicious grilled steak sandwich recipe to the menu!
I use a New York strip steak for this recipe and cook it on a charcoal grill. The meat is covered with provolone cheese, caramelized onions and wrapped in a toasted hoagie bun.
I’m telling you, this grilled steak sandwich was so good and tasty, I’m sure you will love this recipe as much as my family did!
