This margherita flatbread pizza is one of my favorite pizza recipes to make. First I make a homemade flatbread dough. This dough is so versatile and handy to have in your recipe arsenal. You can put it on the stove top in a grill pan, in the oven on a baking sheet or over an open fire of a grill. Again, versatility is the key to this bread and probably one of my favorite reasons to use flatbread as a pizza crust.
