Ingredients
- 2 LBS Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Breading:
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 TSP Pepper
- 1 TSP Kosher Salt
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Onion Powder
- 1 TSP Paprika
- 1 TSP Oregano
Wash:
- ½ Cup Lemon Juice
- ½ Cup Chicken Stock
- 2 TBSP Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Combine all wash ingredients in bowl
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and cut into tender size pieces
- Add chicken to wash and set aside
- Combine breading ingredients in a separate bowl
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Coat each chicken tender in breading and set on lined baking sheet
- Bake 20 Minutes
- Serve
