Beef Stroganoff is a crowd favorite and a classic comfort meal. With this slow cooker ground beef stroganoff recipe, I use ground beef instead of steak meat.
Mixing the ground beef with cream of mushroom soup, I cook it slow and low in the slow cooker for about 3 hours.
I always love putting my meals in a crockpot, which allows me to get some chores done while dinner is cooking away. It’s great too if your slow cooker has an automatic warming mode so you don’t have to stick to a strict schedule.
Served over noodles, this quick and simple beef stroganoff makes an easy and tasty crockpot dinner recipe!
