Slow Cooker (Crockpot) Spicy Chicken Soup Recipe: Dinner Recipes
- 2¼ Boneless, Skinless Chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 Heart of Celery, Chopped
- 3 TBSP Minced Garlic
- ½ Cup Onion, Chopped
- 1 Head of Scallions (Green Onions), Chopped
- ¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 32 OZ Chicken Stock
- 3 TBSP Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 8 Cups Water
- 1 TBSP Cayenne Pepper
- 1 TBSP Chipotle Pepper
- 1 TBSP Chili Pepper
- 1 TBSP Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 TBSP Paprika
- 1 TBSP Pepper
- 1 TSP Sea Salt
- Combine everything into slow cooker
- Cover & Cook for 8 Hours on low
- Serve in cup or bowl
- Garnish with sour cream, Mexican blend cheese, or cilantro (optional)
