This easy slow cooker chili recipe is one of my favorite Fall foods (though it can be enjoyed at any time of the year). You can make this the night before, take it to your tailgate and enjoy while you root for your favorite team!
If tailgating isn’t your thing, you can just throw your chili ingredients into the crockpot in the morning and have a hot meal ready for dinner! It can’t get any easier than that.
My children are not into spicy foods, so feel free to add more spices to this recipe if it isn’t hot enough for you. I definitely enjoy some extra heat in my chili, but for this recipe I wanted to make it so my kids would enjoy it.
My family also aren’t big fans of beans in their chili, so I’ve made this a beanless chili recipe. If you can’t live without your beans, just dump a can in and you’re all set. I always encourage variations in my recipes to fit your personal preferences. I hope you enjoy this crockpot meal and let me know what you think! Looking for more crockpot recipes? Try these:
