I’ve been trying recipes lately that are healthier and lower in calories and fat. I love to cook and eat, but want to keep my diet in check. However, I know my family and they don’t want to sacrifice taste in exchange for a healthy dish, so I look to keep our meals as flavorful as possible. That’s why this oven baked chicken with potatoes and vegetables recipe makes for the perfect meal when you’re looking for something lighter.
With boneless, skinless chicken breasts, carrots, broccoli, red potatoes, and a delicious marinade, you’ll love this healthy one pan dinner recipe!
