These Peppermint Hershey Kiss Blossoms are a twist on the classic peanut butter blossoms, except I use a sugar cookie recipe spiked with peppermint extract! I also use Hershey’s Candy Cane Kisses instead of the regular Hershey’s Chocolate Kisses.

Peppermint Hershey Kiss Cookies: Easy Christmas Sugar Cookies Recipe (Blossoms)
- 2¾ Cups all-purpose flour
- 1 TSP Baking Soda
- ½ TSP Baking Powder
- 1 cup / 16 TBSP Butter, Softened
- 1½ Cups Sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 1 TSP Peppermint Extract
- 50 +/- Hershey's Candy Cane Kisses
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in egg, vanilla, and peppermint.
- Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
- Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 10 minutes or until golden.
- Gently press one Hershey's Kiss per cookie, one at a time and remove from cookie sheet. Immediately transfer to cooling rack. Enjoy!
