This Pumpkin Hershey Pie is a Fall or holiday remix to my original Hershey Pie recipe (found here: Hershey Pie: An Easy Chocolate Pie Recipe). This decadent pie is made with only a few, simple ingredients including a giant Hershey’s chocolate bar, pumpkin puree and traditional pumpkin pie spices.
I top it all off with a Cool Whip topping!
A perfect pie to serve at Thanksgiving, Christmas or just because!
Who knew chocolate and pumpkin went so well together?!
You can use a graham cracker crust or a chocolate cookie crust (i.e. an Oreo crust). Or make both, because you can never have enough pie!

Pumpkin Hershey Pie Recipe | Easy Dessert / Pie Recipes
- 1 Giant Hershey Milk Chocolate Bar or 5 Regular Hershey bars.
- 32 Large Marshmallows
- ¼ TSP Allspice
- ¼ TSP Cinnamon
- ¼ TSP Nutmeg
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 Family Size (16 OZ) Cool Whip
- 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust or Chocolate Crust
- Using a double boiler, melt chocolate, marshmallows, pumpkin purée, spices and milk. You can also use a regular pot, but make sure to stir constantly to prevent burning the chocolate.
- When melted completely add half of the Cool Whip and blend.
- Pour into pie crust and let set in refrigerator for about 2 -3 hours or until firm.
- When pie is set, top with remainder of Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
