This slow cooker hamburger soup gives me the flavors of a hamburger, but is also full of delicious vegetables. A hearty and filling comfort meal you will want to add to your dinner rotation.
Using ground beef, potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes and cheese, I make a simple and delicious crock pot recipe! You could even brown up the ground beef the night before than toss everything in the slow cooker the following morning.
Add some cheese at the end and now you’ve amped it up from the hamburger flavors to the cheeseburger experience. It’s like a cheeseburger in a slow cooker, without all the guilt!
