I’ve always enjoyed a good, hearty chili. As a matter of fact, I’ve got one of those recipes here! But sometimes I want a change from the traditional ground beef chili. That’s where this tasty slow cooker white chicken chili recipe comes in!
Using chicken breasts and white beans with some celery, onions, sour cream, jalapeño pepper, bell pepper and other spices, you will love the taste of this easy crockpot chili recipe!
I topped my slow cooker chili with cilantro and cheese, but you can add your favorite ingredients. As it’s cooking in the crockpot for several hours, it smells and tastes delicious!

White Chicken Chili Crockpot Recipe: White Bean Chicken Breast Chili In A Crockpot
- 2 LBS Uncooked Chicken Breasts, Diced
- 1 TSP Oregano
- 1 TSP Cumin
- 1 TSP Black Pepper
- 1 TSP Kosher Salt
- 1 TSP Poultry Seasoning
- 1 TBSP Minced Garlic
- ¼ TSP Red Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ TSP White Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, Roughly Chopped
- 1 Seeded Jalapeño, Roughly Chopped
- 6 Celery Stalks, Roughly Chopped
- 1 Yellow Onion, Roughly Chopped
- 3 Limes, Juice Only
- 3 15 OZ Cans Great Northern Beans
- ¾ Cup Chicken Stock
- 1 Bottle American Lager Beer
- 1 16 OZ Package Sour Cream
- Optional, 16 OZ Heavy Cream
- Combine all spices and chicken
- Put chicken in slow Cooker
- Add all remaining ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours
- Serve in bowl with fresh cilantro and shredded cheese (Or your favorite toppings)
