Ingredients
Beef:
- 2 LBS Ground Beef
- ½ TSP Ground Mustard
- ½ TSP Sea Salt
- ½ TSP Black Pepper
- ½ TSP Onion Powder
- ½ TSP Garlic Powder
- ½ TSP Allspice
- ½ TSP Ground Ginger
- 2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 TBSP Beef Stock
Salad:
- 2 Heads of Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
- 12 Campari Tomatoes, Sliced
- 1 Cup Red Onions, Sliced
- 1 Cup Mini Kosher Dill Pickles
- 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shaved (Optional)
Dressing:
- 1 TBSP Mustard
- 2 TBSP Lime Juice
- 2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 TBSP EVOO
- 1 TSP Sea Salt
- 1 TSP Black Pepper
Instructions
- Combine dressing ingredients in bowl and whisk to combine.
- Place all salad ingredients on serving platter
- Combine all beef ingredients in bowl and hand mix to combine.
- Heat skillet over medium heat and add beef mixture
- Cook until browned
- Pour browned ground beef onto salad platter
- Serve in bowls, add optional cheese if desired and drizzle with dressing.
