On the menu today is a grilled smoked turkey sausage and bell peppers salad. This dish is full of flavor and makes eating healthy a whole lot more fun.

Grilled Turkey Sausage and Bell Peppers Salad

Ingredients
- 26 OZ Eckrich Turkey Skinless Smoked Sausage Rope
- Red Bell Pepper, halved
- Green Bell Pepper, halved
- Yellow Bell Pepper, halved
- 1 LB Mixed Greens and Baby Spinach
- Grilled Pineapple
- Grilled Watermelon
Instructions
- Slice Turkey Skinless Smoked Sausage Rope length wise and salt pepper to taste
- Add peppers and sausage to direct heat side of grill
- Cover and cook 5 minutes per side
- Remove from heat, slice peppers and sausage links
- Serve in a bowl with handful of mixed greens
- Top with pineapple, watermelon, peppers and sausage
